Cancellation Policy

1 full week notice required for all party equipment for a full refund. After a week you may place your order in "will call" for a future rental or may use towards store purchases.
Damage waiver is not offered on party equipment.

Reservations

All reservations require a 50% deposit
Customers must set up a rental account
Rental accounts require a drivers license, major credit card with security code, name, address, phone number, date of birth and social security number
